I just found out that Realty Mortgage has shut down as of yesterday. Still trying to get complete verification. Also does any one know the status of Plaza Mortgage??? |

what they should consider as they have warehouse lines is start absorbing brokers in different states and sell retail. If you read the Chase announcement and see where the industry is going, Realty would be viable as a multistate retail op. |

UPDATE!!!! Realty is not funding on any loans currently in the pipeline or honoring locks. Also if loan has closed and not funded it will not be funded. |
