IMO these programs, if not a true gift under the IRS rules, are scams and the IRS rightfully called them so. True gifts are really no one's business most of the time, however these so-called gift programs are money laundering, and contributed to the housing bubble, price inflation, and foreclosures, a huge mess tax payers are now being told they must pay for, so crooks can be rewarded.

We are not fighting for IOM's rights, we are doing this for ALL of us. If people fail to wake up in time this shall have been the consequence. May God help us all.

Unless borrowers had skin in the game they walked; in addition if you can't save 3% for a downpayment how will you be able to handle any unforeseen expenses.

Why are GLOBAL DIRECT SALES, LLC, PENOBSCOT, INDIAN NATION, CHRISTOPHER RUSSELL and RYAN HILL still advertising such a program on October 9, 2008?
