I even think $1.00..
I saw yahoo link that you provided, it seems that there is little drop in the charge...

This is cut & pasted from an article i read a few weeks ago:

"To avoid being de-listed from the NYSE, Thornburg shares within the next six months must regain a $1 price and maintain it for more than 30 trading days."

WOW--- they give you 6 months to "right the ship"....I thought if it stayed at $1.00 for 30 days... you got the hook.
