Rumor has it that they shut down their US operations.

Wow, that was fast. They couldn't have been open in Jacksonville much more than a year, and quite frankly, I don't think they made much of an impact.

they were one of the only investors with a comparable product.
I can't wait to see the numbers CMG gets from it.

We doubled our production in 2007, and will continue that trend in 2008.

It's a sign of the times,..... We'll certainly get our fair share of new business from this implosion,... U1st is the leader in the *NEW*
revolution, and will be spreading the word like wildfire as we open
up Canada.....

What is their liquidity position as opposed to concern over property values? Anybody have an answer?

Interesting ... I just closed on a loan from them two weeks ago.

I just got off the phone with my Broker and she confirmed they have stopped all new loans, and will only be servicing existing loans.
