'Rumor' has it...

Min fico 580 for refi.
620 for purchases.

Max LTV 85% in NY
65% in NV

No more SIVA or Bank statements...

Coincidentally, no more with Wilmington either..

Mass layoffs to follow. Try to have a great weekend Chase boys and girls.

So why does that mean they are going out of business? Sounds like they have the same LTV's as most everyone else in the subprime world.

Exactly, they just became a conforming lender... kinda ruins the 'BC' part of the name...

I'm sure Chase will be just fine.

Oh yeah.. and that MASS LAYOFFS part.

It's all fun and games until it's your company...

"Try to have a great weekend Chase boys and girls."

What a cluster F*ck comment. I certainy hope your company is next.

Full Disclosure:
I do not work, nor have any affiliation with Chase, but I am looking forward to the day that D*ck Heads like the one above become another statistic in the world of Layoff for which they gleam.

Try to have a great weekend Cluster F*ck boys and girls.

In case you haven't noticed, every subprime company that has dropped to these ltv's and lost most all of their products have gone out of business. I would say Chase BC is done now. They may stay open for a little while longer but won't be doing any business.

It's kind if creepy how some people here delight in others being laid off.

So you have no facts. Just your speculation. Thanks for clarifying.
