The stars of this show fled long ago, when they were known as CrevCor mortgage, unfortunately for Heartland the new management staff particularly on the OPS side was comprised of castoffs, and hangers on that couldnt make it at a legit company. You get what you pay for!
I must say I am shocked to just now realize that Heartland would bring in a bunch of Subprime pushers into a Banking environment. They were destined to fail.
These guys are toast....road the wave of a niche product (avg top 2 fico's) thru the boom and a bit after...but prob cannot cover the cost to compete in today's market.
