Every wholesale lender is experiencing some level of difficulty or another right now.

What is gained by cheering for the demise of yet another company in our industry?
Do you want more people to be unemployed during the holidays?

Isn't this just schadenfreude?
Or is this the same impulse that people have when they slow to see a wreck on the highway. They are fascinated by the carnage.

By the way, I have never worked for Mortgage IT or any of it's affiliated companies.
I'm just trying to figure out where the hate is coming from here.

i guess its more like the carnage voyeurism impulse. Personally, I stop to look to make sure it isn't someone I know expecially if close to home.
