Merrill, which reiterated its sell rating on the stock, said "the fatal liquidity blow may have arrived," for the company. While an emergency line of credit and a refinancing line are a positive, the company "has yet to obtain necessary covenant waivers from five lenders and its ability to fund new loans is in grave jeaopardy of another lender bowing out," Merrill said
