Joe Cuttone, the owner of American Fidelity Mortgage Services, Inc., / AFMSI has been cited fro employing illegal Loan Officers. One name is Walter Cannon.
A consumer complaint identified that Walter Cannon originated a file under the AFMSI license. Walter Cannon further admitted working as a illegal loan officer.
These violations are taken very serious and AFMSI is going to be fined, suspended and possibly revoked.
Contact Bob Bauer if you have any additional information to share about this illegal LO or other illegal LO's working for Mr. Joe Cuttone. It has further been brought to the attention of the State that Mr. Cuttone isn't paying his LO's as agreed. You may file a complaint with me at the IDFPR as well as the IDOL to get any money due.
Any statement here has been proven 100% false by a court of law. Caroline-4Peace, Mike F and Karl with a K are one in the same except Caroline-4Peace is a woman in Detroit and a branch manager from St. Charles? (see one of her/his other complaints in Mortgage Implode. I will let my 34 years in business speak for itself......along with the legal system. And I will let public records speak for Mike.
