All the signs of liquidity issues from 4-5 years ago. Massive advertising, conditions on the afternoon of the "cutoff" that are and have been in the file.

True signs of the bust up. I am curious to know what their turn over has been in the cancer that is management or lack there of. I hear that anyone worth a nickle has left and only the weak remain.

We have all be through some BS with wholesale lender and the Gen Y that underwriting files now but ICON... a real winner.
