I have never posted much on here, but got a lot of good information over the years.
I have been out of the business about a year now. I got back into the medical device business I was in prior to the mortgage business. I still had good production when I left, but everyday was a battle (which got old). It seemed like no matter how good of a job you did on a loan, the realtors and clients were not always happy in the end. For example close a VA loan in 30 days, but they wanted it closed in 21 days...even though you had advised them upfront that 21 days wasn't a realistic timeline. Oh well. Good luck to everyone!!
