Haven't heard much about this one other than the Nov 2011 posts on the govy lawsuit for 2.5 billion.

Not posted on the front implode page so i guess it went down while this site was down.
Looks like it sort of resurfaced as AllQuest or something.
Anybody hear anything else???

I am here in Houston, but I had not heard that Jim Hodge had started something new. Not sure the Fed's would allow, since that was one of the issues, that he changed the name of the company.

Not sure if the last try posted, but I live in Houston, and haven't heard that Jim Hodge started something new. I think one of the charges was related to him changing the name of the company when they were out of compliance. Interesting! Shocked

I caught it on a google search. That, and that Lloyds of London wasn't going to help with the legal expenses. Most of the posts are from legal sites. I think AllQuest was going to be wholesale but i'm not sure.

Still nothing on this one so I guess it's still a pending lawsuit in the works.

Seems like the largest lawsuit against any of the lenders that I can find.

Nothing on google that's recent. Maybe with those numbers everyone is afraid to say anything?................... Guy with axe
