Loan Officer Positions Open in So Cal and Colorado

No Red Tape Mortgage has announced that they will be hiring 30 Loan Officers in California and Colorado between now and the end of the 2011. No Red Tape recently announced launching a retail mortgage operation headquartered in Irvine, California. Planned branch locations include Sacramento, Calabasas and Broomfield Colorado.

Managing Member, Blake Scheifele, was quoted as saying “he believes that the real estate industry is turning the corner and No Red Tape Mortgage is going to be in position to take advantage of the next growth cycle. After years of adjustments, purchasing a home is now less expensive than renting and America is not building enough homes to accommodate the growth of our population.”

No Red Tape Mortgage has built a foundation of support for retail Loan Officers using the lending platform of Mann Mortgage, which has over two decades of lending experience. This support includes providing loan officers with marketing materials, websites, database CRM systems, certification training, a complete product line and competitive rates and compensation.
