how does one figure if a loan is considering high preforming or it is a very profitable per loan basis?

I cannot find much reading on info on the how $100k 30 yr par fnma is vs a $417k 30 yr par fnma loan

SRP is anywhere from .250 to 3 points depending the loan quality and what your deal is with your correspondent.

back in the day before Sub Prime became a dirty work some lenders wer getting SRP up to 107-108 on the back end
