This is not Wells Fargo problem but the US Treasury Department who REFUSED to take action against servicers who REFUSE to follow the rules of the HAMP participation..a classic case of the servicers/lenders AGAIN getting paid by the US goverment for not doing NOTHING!!..HAMP..Another Blank Check!
