About too big to fail...and that the government shouldn't get involved because...size helps the consumer and the economy....(and his and the other senior executives' bonuses.. )
Sorry I am not adding a link...but you can google it pretty easily.
Just curious.

When I think of Jamie Dimon, Lloyd Blankenfien, John Mack, et al I think of the Mafia.
When I think of our government and its policies (going back many years), I see a movement towards Fascism (in fact we're already there).
When will this insanity change course? We're heading toward revolution not unlike what founded this nation to begin with. It may not happen in a year, or 5, or even 10 but that's where we're headed....unfortunately things will have to get very bad first.
I hope I'm wrong and the government instead changes direction but I am not optmistic.

Here is an excerpt from the article which is linked above:
He (Dimon) also enjoys a relationship with Barack Obama and, just as important, with the President's inner circle and advisors like Valerie Jarrett. The ties were forged during his years in Chicago. Dimon, a consummate networker, phoned Obama around the time he was running for the U.S. Senate and invited him to a lunch with other business leaders. While the two didn't share social circles, Dimon has known many players in the Administration for more than a decade, among them Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, whom he helped in his 2002 election to Congress, and economic advisor Larry Summers. A few years ago, before Hillary Clinton announced she was running for President, the Dimons had her over to their home in Chicago.

Gys - Just remember that Dimon closed Chase Wholesale one year ago. His parting shot then was than those nasty, cheating lying mortgage brokers were the cause of the collapse of the Western world as we know it, and hence Chase would no longer work with them.
He is no friend to the mortgage broker or banker. The next Treasury Secretary huh?
Dimon's #1 agenda is take commission out of mortgage lending all together. It benefits the big banks, which pay him now and will continue to pay him regardless of whatever title King Obama grants him with.
