BSM Financial stole my VA funding fee

I am a new member and saw discussion on the demise of bsm financial. They were my lender on my VA loan back in Aug of 07' which I later received my VA finding fee back because of my disability rating. When I called BSM to find out what happened they said they received the check from the VA and forwarded it to taylor, bean, and whitaker who had bought the mortgage from BSM 2 months after the fact... Anyway BSM did not forward and when I called them backafter they said they would check into as why TBW did not cash the check the lines had been disconnected this was Feb 08'.

Sorry for the long post, does anyone no of any recourse to get my money from them?

I'd try contacting VA and see if they have anyone who will follow up on that

Call the VA and request a stop and reissue on that check. Even if they make the check out to your current lender, have them mail it to you.
