Seeking assistance (FL) against Indymac/Onewest Legal &

They ruined my excellent credit and now they've thrown me into Foreclosure. I was never late on my mortgage payments, just applied for a loan modification. They trespassed into my occupied home and slandered me to guests without a Writ of Possession and against attorney's representation. Deliberately lost my files (repeatedly) over past fifteen months...Nightmare!...Have reprted them to OTS, BBB, Dept of Consumer Affairs, etc. Have perfect notes and documention over 15 month timeline. Case needs media attention and I'm ready!

Oh you don't know the half of it. Were you aware of the agreement between OneWest and the Fed? You will be outraged and want to throw up when you read it. Did you know that the Fed is paying them for all looses incurred on REO? That was part of the agreement

Onewest loses 0% when they foreclose because the fdic pays the slack after the sale. They did this to entice onewest to form and take indy over from their conservatorship. A mod is a losing prop for them, although they still get paid the interest loss from fdic, they would rather sell the depreciating asset and move on. Enjoy!

Hire a QUALIFIED FORECLOSURE DEFENSE ATTORNEY! Laws must be upheld and courts are starting to get it.

Thanks. I have a local attorney who is working to resolve the immediate issues (stopping the foreclosure). But I am not stopping here. I want to file or join a seperate civil or CLASS ACTION suit. And the media needs to hear from some honest homeowners who have all of their ducks in a row (notes, bank records, telephone conversations, etc.) so that more of America can learn of the dangers of taking a lending institution up on their (false) offers to lower their mortgage interest rates in accordance to Obama's HAMP, etc.

Those thugs absolutely want to destroy people like you. Seriously, keep opening your mouth. Light a fire from Tallahassee to DC. I'm in a lawsuit with them as well in federal court (OH).

Rest peacefully though because they are stumbling over themselves. It's kind of funny to see them trip the way they do. It's almost as funny watching them through their silly motions in court as it is watching or listening to a Cleveland Browns football game.
