We are pleased to invite you to join us on November 3, 2009 from 2-3:30 pm EST for a live discussion on the new Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) requirements triggered by new Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules. Most importantly, the briefing will focus on the standardized Good Faith Estimate (GFE) form and revised HUD-1 Settlement Statement that lenders will be required to use as of January 1, 2010.

Speakers include: Ivy Jackson, Director of HUD's Office of RESPA Enforcement; Bart Shapiro, Deputy Director of HUD's Office of RESPA Enforcement; April Breslaw, Director of Consumer Regulation, OTS; and Rhonda Daniels, Senior Program Analyst, OTS.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions of our speakers during the call. In addition, we invite you to submit questions in advance of or during the call by email as indicated below.
