LOOKING FOR INNOVATIVE WAYS TO ATTRACT 1ST TIME BUYERS
PostPosted: Tue Sep 30, 2008 12:49 am Reply with quoteBack to top

I'm getting ready to do a 1st time seminar with a seasoned agent. Every time we (both) market the class, not too many people seem to show up.
My bank is probably the only one left to offer 100% NO MI financing (house product) so I'm hoping just putting that on a flyer should drum up some interest...

What I have so far:

-100% STILL available
-$7,500 TAX CREDIT
-rates at ALL TIME lows

What catch phrases can I use to get these 1st time buyers fired up and for folks to actually attend our seminar???

Thanks for your help in advance!

We have a product designed for FTHB who are immigrants coming into the States working in their degree field.

We see a lot of these scenarios in the medical, engineering, and energy fields.

If you have a relationship with any relocation companies or recruitment firms this could be a home run for you.

80% LTV and very reasonable pricing.

First of all the info is wrong. The Tax Credit has been for 2009 $8,000 not $7500. It is scheduled to go away Nov 1st.
Hopfully it will be extended and improved but nothing yet.
