Taylor Bean escrow payments

I have some customers that TBW has not paid out escrows on, which are now past due. Anyone heard how this will be resolved?

In the Ocala newspaper this week a Holly Hinson with the state of florida regulators office said it was out of their area of responsibility to deal with

I feel so sorry for the homeowners. They should start a class action against TBW, State of Florida, FHA and BOA. It really stinks.

They would have to sue the FDIC, they froze the accounts.
