We have came across one of their operations centers in Denver, Colorado that looks like it was left overnight. The furniture, phones, computers, supplies...nearly everything was left. Definetly has the feel that they are completely out of wholesale. If anyone happens to have contacts at Bank United that could help facilitate a possible sublease for the Denver, Colorado space I may have some takers.

I'm a loan modifyer in Virginia. With all the issues with BankUnited, I have been unable to contact office staffs to modify my clients loans. I understand the Office Of Thrift had instructed them to continue modifying, but it appears they have refused to negotiate on many and pushed those clients over to their foreclosure attorneys. If some has had similar issues and reolved them, I'd be anxouis to hear 540-786-1187
