These types of frivolous lawsuits are the stock in trade of the far right whenever they feel their interests are threatened. Usually the right has the money. The far left would do it too but they don't usually have that kind of money.

Only nutballs try to get mandatory preliminary injunctions, on First Amendment issues, from Federal court judges, who are incredibly adverse to ever giving injunctive relief to anybody for anything.

If they would enact the looser pays legislation, you would see most of those suits go away.

Perhaps the consolidation of banking in the hands of few were the ultimate goal of the Tarp recipients. It took government and Wall Street to prey on the inevitable gullibility of the American consumer to utilize exotic loan products, shoddy underwriting, lax (non-existent) government regulatory oversight and the "selling" of the American Dream to get us to 2009! Wonder how or why?

Instead of worrying about ruined lives, start contacting the FBI, Attorney Generals, and hire attorneys and sue and fight anyone (your allegedly corrupt Congressman?) who cost you your lives or money. Let's really see what our country is made of and find out if the rule of LAW really exists for us commoners (serfs.) You have two choices... Lay down and die -OR- STAND UP AND FIGHT!
