What a bunch of nonsense.

This "We the People Foundation" files a lawsuit arguing the bailout is unconstitutional; the court dismisses the suit; but some random anonymous lawyer says the suit had merit; therefore, the court was wrong and the bailout is unconstitutional.

Here's a hint: if Congress, the President, and the Courts say the bailout is constitutional, then it is -- by definition.

I agree there is nonsense going on. The nonsense is giving away money to people that have been milking their cozy relationship with the friends of angelo et all for most of this century. Wake up and smell the dandelions. This bailout is bad bad bad bad news, but if you are willing to write my $10,000 check i will upgrade this to only bad news.
