I went back to threads from 2007-08 about subprime, reading those again sure brings back memories. It's already been 4-5 years since all this started, sometimes it still seems like yesterday for me.

Many expect housing to take at least another two or three years to come back to levels where it is finally stable, and even start to see a slight uptrend.

With the low rates refi business will be good. It would just be nice to read an article about housing and not think "ho hum, another crappy housing report."
